The Explorer Expandable Pet Backpack is designed to give your pet more room to relax, whether you're travelling, heading out for the day or taking a break along the way. Its spacious interior and expandable rear compartment provide extra space for your cat or small dog to stretch out and settle comfortably when the carrier is placed on a stable surface.
Featuring mesh ventilation on all four sides, the backpack allows air to circulate while giving your pet a view of their surroundings. The roll-down front cover provides extra privacy when needed, while the large front and side openings make it easier for your pet to get in and out.
A reinforced base helps keep the carrier stable, while the padded back panel and adjustable shoulder straps make it more comfortable to carry. The backpack also includes an internal safety tether, a removable base insert and a handy storage pocket for small essentials.
When not in use, the carrier folds down to approximately 5 cm thick for easy storage, making it a practical choice for everyday travel and days out together.

Material
600D Oxford fabric with PVC coating, PVC mesh, composite fibre base and padded fabric lining.
Care

Remove the base insert before cleaning.

Gently hand wash the outer fabric when needed.

Use a soft brush or damp cloth to remove light dirt.

Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry or dry clean.

Do not soak the composite fibre base.

Allow to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.
Please Note
The expandable compartment is intended to provide additional resting space when the carrier is placed on a stable surface, such as indoors or during a stationary break. Do not carry the backpack while the compartment is expanded.
A slight odour may be present when first opened due to sealed packaging and transportation. Simply leave the carrier in a well-ventilated area for a few days before use.
Keep away from sharp objects, excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight. As the mesh is made from a soft material, we recommend keeping your pet's claws trimmed to help prevent damage.
When using the internal safety tether, attach it to a properly fitted harness rather than directly to your pet's collar.
