Remove the base insert before cleaning.
Gently hand wash the outer fabric when needed.
Do not machine wash, bleach, tumble dry or dry clean.
Allow to air dry naturally in a well-ventilated area.

A slight odour may be present when first opened due to sealed packaging and transportation. Simply leave the carrier in a well-ventilated area for a few days before use.
Keep away from sharp objects, excessive heat and prolonged direct sunlight. As the mesh is made from soft nylon, we recommend keeping your pet's claws trimmed to help prevent damage.
