These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed with Pawear through our website.

1. Placing an Order

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
You agree to pay for all Products ordered if your order is accepted.
The information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

Our order process allows you to review and correct any errors before submitting your order.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Pawear.

Once your order is placed:

You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order.
A contract between you and Pawear is only formed when we accept your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including but not limited to:

Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Suspected fraud or unauthorised transactions
Breach of these Terms & Conditions

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the applicable currency and may be updated from time to time.

However:

Price changes will not affect orders already accepted.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend the order before dispatch.
All orders are subject to product availability.

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and provide a full refund where applicable.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

All payment details provided are valid.
You are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

Full payment must be received before an order is dispatched.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Couriers
Customs procedures
Adverse weather conditions
Events beyond our reasonable control

Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.

Ownership of the Products remains with Pawear until full payment has been received.

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.

If you change your mind after dispatch, you may return the item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that product information is accurate and up to date.

However:

Product images are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Colours may vary depending on individual screen settings.
Measurements, weights, and specifications are approximate.

Minor variations do not constitute a defect.

8. Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Where permitted by law, we may reduce the amount refunded if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawear's liability shall be limited to the purchase price of the Product concerned.

We shall not be liable for:

Loss of profit

Business interruption
Loss of opportunity
Indirect or consequential losses

10. Legal Compliance

We are legally required to supply Products that conform to the contract.

These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
